Custom Team / Club  Sport Kits for aquatic clubs

Acquawear have been selling sport swimwear since 2008. For the past seven years we have also been making custom club sport kits for competition and training for swim clubs, diving clubs, synchronised swimming teams, triathlon, underwater hockey and all other aquatic disciplines. All the products in your desired kit will be fully customised with  your own designs, logo and personalised if desired.  The sustainable swim costumes are made out of eco -fabrics and chlorine resistant / chlorine proof fabrics, with new bigger  sizes, up to size 44, made out of a performant durable fabric, Carvico Xlance Eco which will sustain a heavy swimming regime and it is a recycled Eco-friendly Fabric.

We have created bespoke swimwear for clubs around the UK and Europe. Our sublimated prints, high quality durable fabric, fully lined training costumes are long-lasting and can withstand the rigors of training and competition. We also sell a range of quick dry products: quick dry towels, active gym wear dri fit t-shirts and quick dry leggings are competitively priced and we’ll be there every step of the way as we have full customer support throughout.

Choose your templates here, but bear in mind that we now use new shapes (below right or right under on mobiles) and a new performance Eco fabric. If you want to draw your ideas, please use the templates on the left (under the 3 d drawings on mobiles).

1. Club logo & colours

Send us your club’s logo in a high resolution file. We prefer vector files, but a high resolution .jpeg would suffice. Let us know your colours and a brief idea of the design. The better idea you have of how the design should look, the easier is for the designer to come up with something you like. You have two free hours designer work, which should suffice for a straightforward design (that’s why we recommend a good brief). You can have a brand new design made for free* (see above), as long as you are prepared to order a minimum of 20 pieces made in that design.

2. Choose your Templates

We have an extensive range of templates that can be customised, see above. We recommend you start with one swimsuit and one pair of jammers or briefs and when the design is approved we transfer it to all items you require as part of your kit. It is the easiest and fastest way! At this stage we will send you the samples kit for the whole range and also the fabric colour sample (see photo in Templates). The screen resolution colours are lighter than the fabric shade, so we don’t recommend you choosing the colours without seeing the fabric colour sample. As soon as you approve the design, you can start choosing the kit pieces. From experience, we find that club members prefer to have a choice in what type of suit they can have, as different suits fit different body types, so the more choice they have, the more likely they are to order. Don't forget, included in the club swimwear templates are professional swimwear (FINA approved swimwear) pieces, racing suits which can be customised to your club's needs. Tracksuits can be ordered as separates, but please note that minimum order for tracksuits is 10 pieces at all times, including re-orders. For sizing we recommend all club members trying on the size kits which will be posted to you as soon as you decide what pieces you would like as part of your kit. For your convenience you can download the size charts for the most popular pieces, but please use them just as guidelines.

3. Place your Order

The design will be adapted now to all the pieces you require as part of your kit, but more pieces can be added in the future. Also you have to decide if any items need personalised and choose the placement, size and font of the names or initials. There is an extra fee of £1.50 / name / piece. The full design needs approved and the size kits will be sent over for the members to try them on. Our kits are of highest quality and are manufactured in a modern EU facility. The fabrics used for the swimwear are chlorine resistant and fully lined in black or white: black lining for light colour designs and white lining for neutral or dark designs. The male water polo swim briefs are made from double fabric. One of the advantages of ordering our swimwear is the fact that our Bladeback and Openback fully lined swimsuits come in “in between sizes” for a better fit (from size 24 up to size 30). Sizes available are from size 20 to size 40. We also recently started offering unlined skinny swimsuits which are very popular with the divers, as the fitting resembles Korean and Japanese swimsuits. After the order is placed, we will be sending out our invoice which will be due to be paid strictly before the order is dispatched. It takes only 3- 4 weeks to receive your order (depending of the type of delivery needed: Express or Economy). Repeat orders are not limited to any quantity, but if the order is smaller than 5 pieces, there is an administrative fee of £20 added to the final bill (minimum order for tracksuits is 10 pieces at all times, including re-orders). You might find that it will be more economic to place a larger repeat order, as the postage can be quite substantial. Please note the prices listed on the website at the time of ordering are the prices you will pay for the your order. Please note prices can change from one order to the next; eg. a 12% factory price raise happened in September.

4. Silicone Swimming Caps Custom Print Pricing

1 colour £4.80 2 colours £5.40 3 colours £6.00 4 colours £6.40 Minimum order quantity: 50 pieces. Additional cost: £25 / screen (colour). Maximum 4 colours. Eg. 2 colours £5.40 / hat plus the £50 (set-up fee) divided by the number of hats needed. The more hats, the cheaper / hat, so if you order 200 hats, that would be (200 x £5.40) + £50 = £1130 / 200 = £5.65 / hat. If you order 100 hats it would be £5.90 / hat.
